Holy crap, I was rewatching some of the games from this year and this offense really had

QB-Jayden Daniels, Garrett Nussmeier
RB-John Emery(wish he could’ve stayed healthy man), Noah Cain(had 10 rushing TDs this year), Josh Williams
TE-Mason Taylor
WRs- Kayshon Boutte, Malik Nabers, Brian Thomas Jr, Jack Bech, Kyren Lacy, Jaray Jenkins(really underrated WR this year)

Just this WR group could easily go down as the most talented group LSU ever had, obviously 2019 had the three headed monster in Marshall,Chase and Jefferson, but even with that group of WRs I don’t think they had the depth of the 2022 group.

Jaray was on the 2019 team and played in 7 games, as well as Racey Mcmath and Derrick Dillon on the 2019 roster. 2022 was loaded too, but it doesn't top 2019. Most consider Chase/Jefferson 1-2 in NFL WR rankings. To have played on the same college team with Burrow is insane.

I know but you have to think, Kayshon is the patriots number 1(I know Diggs is there now but I feel like Maye and Boutte have a really good connection), Malik is the number 1 for giants, Thomas is number 1 for Jags, Kyren would’ve been really good in the league, Bech was breaking out for Raiders and could be a starting WR for them.

Just insane that this team had 3 number 1 WRs on it, plus a guy who’s gonna be a really useful player for the raiders and a guy who would’ve been very good in the league.

Maybe but that 2022 RB room was a whole lot of meh. None of the RBs on that roster were even close to elite. They were all just serviceable. I’d take Durham alone all day everyday over all those RBs

And there were 2 or 3 other guys on that depth chart that would be productive this year.

Our depth and production at RB has slowed every year.

Meh, 2022 had decent talent but 2023 Jayden, Malik, and Thomas Jr were all different players.

2023 Offense with JD, Malik, BTj, Mason Taylor, healthy Logan Diggs etc was scary good. Any LSU defense pre 2020 would have won a ring with that offense very easily

You saying 2022 WRs were better than 2019 WRs?
