Has anyone on the board tried it?
I'm having back trouble and chiropractic isn't helping.

Is your issue muscular? I've heard people having success with dry needling if so.

I'm not sure what it is. I had x-rays done but they didn't really show any issues.

A friend from high school is a radiologist. He told me backs can really be puzzling.Pt.c/o back pain but can’t really see anything that is causing it.
Then he’s seen some really terrible looking backs as an incidental finding for an abdominal imaging.
He has personally talked to the pt.and they deny having back pain.
Of course, often times if ‘s very obvious what the problem is but not always.

I’m a big believer if it’s a muscle that needs to be freed up to allow joints to realign. I’ve found nothing better for tightened muscle tissue.

Try a new chiro. My chiro does all of it, decompression, laser, dry needling, Shockwave therapy etc.

Assuming it is muscle related go with dry needling as opposed to acupuncture. Dry needling has needles going directly into the injured muscle/s where as acupuncture is based on chinese medicine and putting needles in specific points(ie for your back pain they may put a needle in the webspace of your thumb)
