Higgins for sure. Then Adams. Then Hill.
Will be surprised if Hill ends up in the top 20 WR at end of season. He’s close to hitting the age wall, quit on the team last year, is becoming a pain for the organization, and is pissing off team mates (including his QB).
I wouldn’t waste a top 30 pick on him. Maybe late third at earliest.

Hill bounces back this year. Adams with Stafford throwing him the ball. Higgins will always be #2 behind Chase.
