Do we have the type of O-line that will benefit this type of play-calling? I know everyone is worried about the O-line holding up enough for Rattler to sit in the pocket or not worry about being killed every play. But could we move back to the heavy screen play option like when we had Pierre?

Wondering if Neal and Miller would benefit from this. We all remember Kamara absolutely destroying defenses when they ran a screen.

One thing is for sure, we don’t have the WRs to block for outside screens. No Tre’Quan on this team.

I think the OL is athletic enough to pull and be good on screens. I’d like to see Neal and Kamara in the backfield together.
Keep the defense guessing: are we going to hand off and let Neal go up the middle, run a misdirection with Kamara on the outside, move Saheed in motion as a reverse option, leak Kamara out on a wheel route?

Good points. Do you think we throw Taysom in there as well to mix things up? Hell, instead of putting Taysom in at QB, put him in the backfield as well.

I believe we have the oline for it, and Penning will be fun to watch as a pulling guard. What has killed out screen game the past few years has been the predictability when they did call screens, and the RBs (other than AK) lacked the patience to see the 2nd level and run behind their blockers accordingly.

Rattler has the ability to use his legs under pressure. He can make anything happen.
