I got a code from a friend of mine. Jsut wondering what the best jacket is for southeastern duck season? Seems like the duck oven might get a little too hot for Georgia.

“Depends” is the answer. I have the Delta Wading Jacket for rainy weather and wear on the morning boat rides. I also have the Fahrenheit jacket (discontinued) as a liner. If you hunt South LA, I think this is the best option in my opinion.
The Hudson jacket is way too hot for LA for most of duck season. Bought a Hudson for my son and he barely uses it unless it snows outside!!!
Duck oven is a great jacket but is not a waterproof jacket like wading jacket or the Hudson.

When I first dipped my toes into the Sitka clothing, I bought the Dakota hoodie, and in my opinion, it’s the best middle of the road piece. That with the Dakota pants is my go-to clothing in the woods when the temps start dropping. Waterproof, windproof and warm with zippers to breathe/air out if it starts getting too warm.
