Took my daughter today. We've been waiting over a year for it to open. I promised to take her when it did and saw they are having their soft opening.

She loves ramen so I thought this would be the perfect treat.

We shared the spring roll appetizer, which was crunchy on the outside and tender and meaty on the inside.
She got the seafood noodle bowl and I got the tomato and brisket soup bowl.

The noodles are hand pulled, the portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. The food was delicious, the broths were rich, the vegetables fresh and the proteins excellent.

The service was excellent as well. Food came out promptly and the drinks were swiftly refilled. Waitress was friendly and knowledgeable.

It's nothing fancy, but it's honest and authentic. Very much worth it. Any fans of pho or ramen will thoroughly enjoy this place. I'm sure it will be a regular spot for us.

I loved Chow, Yum, Fat, but haven’t been back since they gave up fat…

So it's a sit down restaurant with waitresses?

may have to try it. I know it's mental but I have a hard time making myself eat ramen, soup, gumbo in the summer.

Yup, it's the old Podnuh's. They are still working on finishing the inside but the food was worth it.

They have more than just soups though. A range of appetizers, and then some other cold noodle and stir fry.

Plus they are going to have more items soon when they get fully open

Had it again with the family last night.

Dishes ordered were fried rice (fantastic), Hong Kong noodle and dumping bowl (good but weakest I've tasted so far. But I tried it reheated this morning).

The xanshi knife cut noodles (again, good, but I liked the texture of the hand pulled noodles more) someone had the chicken wings and they were just okay, but the fried calamari was very good...if you like fried calamari.

The fried rice has been a standout the last couple times. I'm glad it's finally open
