Ceramic/Tint for Converted Sunroom

We have a sunroom we are converting to a babies room and are looking for ways to cool the room down. We put a mini split in with floor ducts but it’s not enough with how much heat that is coming through the windows. AC is set to 71 and it’ll get up to 78 on most days. The room is on the WSW side of the house so it catches direct sunlight on the hottest parts of the day. We also have a ceiling fan that I’ve started to keep on low.
My question is, what type of tint or ceramic coating would yall recommend using to help minimize the heat passing through without darkening the room/view to much? We will be adding curtains but would like to add something to help protect the room, furniture and curtains from the UV and the heat of the sun.
*Also, the room and floor are spray foamed.

I can't help on the tint, but any chance you can do some landscaping to create some shade?

Tint works wonders for a house. We ended up doing every window.

Are you in Baton Rouge? If so call H2O auto spa on Jefferson Hwy. they do residential tint as well and like the other poster said. It does wanders to reflect the heat.

The amount of max residential tint doesn't make the room much darker at all, per se. You will not have an issue. We had both tinted and untinted windows that faced the same patch of concrete. Untinted, we were blinded by the glare. Tinted, we simply weren't blinded. It'll do far more than curtains will. Curtains will only really serve to change the circulation pattern of the hot air between the window and the curtain.

Our media room has 3 windows that face west and catches a lot of afternoon sun.
Several years ago, we bought tint for them and I installed it myself. It has made a tremendous difference. It was not hard to do. Just followed the directions. It was some that I bought at Lowe's for that purpose.

Tint, blackout curtains, large bush outside the window, etc.
