Does anybody know where to buy crawfish (live or boiled) in West Texas? Just a shot in the dark.

I hate to be a downer, but you can forget about it. You're going to the land of chicken-fried steaks and Mexican food (which ain't bad...). People out there think seafood is frozen fish sticks.

Kids at Lubbock get them for fraternity parties through distributors in Houston and on the internet...just look around.
Strangely enough if you drive about an hour west of Midland towards Ft. Stockton to a town called Imperial you can get fresh shrimp. They raise them out there, and though they aren't quite GOM shrimp, they will do in a pinch if you have a craving.
