Severance For Dummies (Spoilers)

1. In one episode, Milchik revealed that he was not severed. With that in mind, what kind of a weird person is he to go along with all the strange, and sometimes antiquated, Lumon policies and practices?

2. What do the baby goats represent, or what is their purpose? I get that they were somewhat similar to biblical sacrifices, but whereas the people of Israel used their sacrifices as an atonement for sin, what do the goat sacrifices represent?

3. As Mark completed each file, it was said that Gemma/Ms Casey got a new innie personality or character. Why did Gemma need so many outies? What was she supposed to do that required so many innies?

4. After being fired by Lumon, why did Cobel go to Helly/Helena to save the day? It seems that Cobel owed Lumon nothing at that point, and she was beyond furious, so why intervene?

5. When Mark passed out during his reintegration, what led Devon to contact Cobel for help? Especially after the lactation nurse fiasco? And why would, or why did, Cobel help Mark and Devon? Was it related to severing, innies, and outies being related to Cobel's original ideas, and not wanting those ideas/theories to be lost?
