Ending of breaking bad, how did everyone find out with Hank and Gomez dead?

So Hank finally catches on to Walt in the mid season finale. The second half of the season is all about Hank going basically rogue to bring Walt down but the DEA isn’t aware. Hank and Gomez are killed and Walt escapes and has the confrontation at his house where Jr calls the cops on him.
I guess from there, do they just talk to Marie and she gives them all the info Hank had been working on? I guess that’s sort of a hole in how that happens, because once the Neo-Nazis save Walt, really nobody at the DEA knows anything about him. Not a huge hole and obviously with Hank missing they’d figure it out, but just curious what happens when the DEA gets that call and how they’d handle it.
Because there’s still no physical proof of any of the stuff he did otherwise Hank would’ve arrested him sooner. They needed the money for proof which led to the confrontation in the desert.

Implicitly, between the loss of the agents (they can go through their electronic files and communications), interview with Marie and, likely, Walt, Jr., they got enough to move forward.
Think how big a media circus would have blown up with similar facts in real life. And recall, Heisenberg was already a known entity to them. Once they suspected/knew Walt was Heisenberg, that was it.

Walt calls Skyler at the end of Ozymandias and admits they're dead with law enforcement recording the line. I would have to imagine given the nature of the case that DEA would've either been present or would've been given access to that recording

That and the lotto ticket were the coordinates. He give that to Skylar in the last episode as a bargaining chip for her.

That came after (Felina), but yeah, it wouldn't have been hard for them to piece together (even if their assumptions ended up being kinda wrong).
DEA was already aware Madrigal was involved with vast resources and their global presence. When your perp escapes in a shootout that leaves virtually no useable evidence, safe assumption would be that Madrigal guys rescued him.
I don't think they were ever exactly aware of Jack/Todd

True. So at that point it’s broken open. I wonder if before then it was really just a domestic dispute issue with a child abduction. Although I’d think at that point they’d have already told the cops everything.
