No options for resident pricing - New Orleans golf

I’m trying to book a round for Sunday 7/20. Last week, TPC did not have resident pricing as an option today they have nothing available until 3:40pm at non-resident pricing. City park south course only has non-resident also.
Are these options not available until a set time like a week out?
I rarely book this far out so maybe I’ve just never noticed it.

Bayou oaks definitely has resident pricing for the south course.

You can just say you're a resident and show your license when you show up.
