He is trying to break Pelosi's previous democrat record of 8hrs in 2017 using the "magic moment" speech and likely try to pass McCarthy's congressional record of 8hrs 33m from 2021......
Since the dems love hearing themselves talk, i think he will break the record.....but the will will eventually go for a vote.....
