Yes. If your charge is a misdemeanor with a preset bond and you have the cash plus bond fee.

It depends. If you have the funds to pay the full bond then yes you can. If you don't have the funds on you then you will have to get someone to bring the money.

If you only want to pay 10 percent then you at least have to call a bondsman.

You planning on needing to be bonded out?

It depends on the charge. A lot of times you can get out on a signature bond.

I imagine the trickiest part of remembering the number you’d like to call.

The answer is generally yes. If you have the ability to pay without calling someone you can post the full bail amount in most jurisdictions. Most decent sized jails can accomodate credit cards but it is possible to find a podunk place that does not.

ETA if you are preemptively working out a plan to commit a crime call a local crim attorney in the local area and pay him a retainer to help you lower bond and have a frictionless release. You could also work out a deal with a local bondsman beforehand so you don't have to post the full bail if you get overcharged or commit more offences than you plan on.

I'm using my telekinetic powers to post from my confiscated cell phone while handcuffed behind my back.
