Does Coastal pitch off on Saturday like they did their first CWS game?

Surely their coach isn’t going to do that on Saturday. But crazier things have happen!

But don't call me Shirley.

Like us, they have good enough starters such that “pitching off” isn’t really an issue. If they want their #1 Morrison on regular rest they can elect to hold him to Sunday

Morrison hasn’t pitched game 1 since May 16. They made a rotation change. It’s not pitching off.

Didn’t you already claim this earlier and got demolished for pages because it was incorrect?

Pitching off is an obsession with you. They will probably start Cam Flukey. I’m not sure they will have to talk it over with Milam’s dad first before deciding.

No that didn’t happen. Just because people claim it isn’t true doesn’t make it not true lol.
They pitched off in game 1

He’s their number 1 guy and they didn’t go with him in the first game of a regional format series. They pitched off. I’m not sure why people have such a hard time with this lol

How many weeks this year have they pitched off?
Posted on 6/19/25 at 2:50 pm to TackySweater
He hasn’t started a game 1 since the middle of May. Flukey has started every game 1 since the middle of May.
Are you retarded or just a contrarian

Ok. So they’ve pitched off more than once lol
Why is this such a hard concept for some of you lol

Pitching off would be breaking some kind of routine or tendency. Was Flukey their Friday night guy towards the end of the season? It doesn’t matter if you or I think Morrison(their #1) should pitch game #1. It’s what they were doing. I don’t know the answers to any of these questions because I don’t know Coastal’s pitching rotation well enough, but “pitching off” is breaking their pattern/routine. It’s not about Tackysweater’s opinions

Just because you want to deny it doesn’t mean the reality didn’t happen lol
He is their game 1 guy. There’s absolutely no argument against that.
They decided to strategically not use him in a couple instances in the postseason. It’s OK to admit the reality that they pitched off
Again. I don’t know why this is such a hard concept lol

You can mental gymnastics it all you want. They bypassed their game 1 guy in a regional format and again in a regional format. They pitched off lol

What is the evidence that he is their "game 1 guy"?
