How did police know to secure other pol homes in MN, but GOP pols get swatted continually?

In the reporting, after the first couple was shot, the police immediately checked homes of other politicians and that is how they stopped him at the second home.
The police said they keep an active list of politicians for just this reason.
Then how come Majorie Taylor Greene's home has been SWATTED eight times. And how can someone as high profile as Kash Patel have his home SWATTED?
For goodness sake MTGs entire district is 800,000 people. How many swat teams are there, and after the 3rd or 4th time someone, anyone doesnt say, hey wait a minute, ya think this is a false alarm?

I was confused by that info also….plus I couldn’t understand why the police were at the second house at 2 AM AND 3:45 AM according to the article I read.

Agree on the confusion. The article I read said that they checked the house of the former speaker because of some "quick thinking officer" who realized she lived "only ten miles away" from the senator's house. That doesn't seem plausible.
