Saw that yesterday. Looks like a grounded Mass Effect

After how damn good Rogue Trader was, Owlcat has earned the benefit of the doubt from me, even if this is their first foray into a shooter.

I'm excited for this. First Owlcat game I played was Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Their progress as a developer makes me happy to see this kind of game from them. However they have a pretty consistent history of buggy launches.

Awesome, another turn based RPG.

It looks like a 3rd person real time rpg to me.

Because Expedition 33 and Metaphor have reinvigorated the genre. I prefer that style to button mashing

I like em, just hate these game trailers that show nothing of the game lol.

As much as I like it, if it take place between books and not post books like the Witcher series, then its a pass for me. For my parts playing a game means high stakes and having it take place between season is low stakes as hell. There no element of danger to it, you know everything will turn out fine.

That's a fair critique but outside of a very, very buggy initial launch of Pathfinder: Kingmaker (which they fixed) Owlcat doesn't miss.
That's not to say Wrath of the Righteous and 40k didn't have bugs but what game doesn't nowadays? They make some amazing stories and systems so I am excited about their take on a shooter.
