I’m taking a couple of family members to New Orleans tomorrow, and would like some options for a casual lunch in the Magazine Street and St. Charles area. More of a locals type place would be great.

Joey Ks is solid on Magazine Street. Locals and tourists, but good New Orleans vibe.

Joey K's has a good variety that works for bigger groups.

Gris Gris for a little more upscale;

Superior Seafood at Napoleon and St Charles; more seafood forward obviously

Avenue Pub further down St Charles is divey but still nice enough.

Steins Deli if they are in tbe deli/sandwich mood.

We ate with a group of 20 at Flamingo a Go Go a few weeks back. Everyone agreed it was a great meal. We chose to sit outside and never got hot with all the fans and shade they have on the patio.
