People near the border of Ohio in PA, drive to Ohio to fill up the tank. PA is democratized with Shapiro. The democrats are idjets that like people to suffer.

Can someone explain to me the ethanol stuff? There is a special gas pump here for gas for lawn mowers, boats, lawn equipment. Cartain gasoline reeks havoc on these things...

It is a commonwealth. when the democrats are in charge it is always worse. There are small Valley's that went for Trump but only a Democrat campaign office exists. You have to drive 45 minutes for Trump, non dem yard signs.

PA is just retarded when democrats are in charge--- so yes I blame Shapiro for itall. Ya don't like it, lump it.

I’ve paid the same amount for gas for over a year now. Maybe longer. I’m pretty cool with that. They need to keep doing whatever they’re doing.

Your can’t argue with this. Look at the last 4 years. They think it was great.

I'm trying to find that map overlayed with:

1. refineries, sweet and sour
2. tax (exise and other, fuel and road) rates

combined, it would take both, would explain the heat map.

Cheapest I’ve seen in my area north of Birmingham is 2.59 at whatever the Walmart gas station is. It didn’t stay there for long. Most of the gas stores around me have been stuck at 2.69 for two years at least. Not bad but still more than the 1.87 before the 2020 election.

Ethanol enriched fuel in cars = OK
Ethanol enriched fuel in small engines / boats = Turrible

The addition of ethanol not only reduces the efficiency of the burn, it can leave behind deposits which destroy hoses and gaskets, causing leaks. Cars can handle it because it gets consumed / replaced on a relatively rapid cycle. When you let a lawn mower or boat sit for a few months, the ethanol goes to work. If you ever see a gas station that sells non-ethanol fuel, try it out for a couple tanks...you'll see your fuel mileage go up.

A Democrat who lives in California will look at this and blame Trump on why their state is still in the yellow

What I can't figure out is why gas prices are .40 cents cheaper across the board in Garner and Clayton. I always buy gas when I'm out at my parents house in Clayton.

Holly Springs, Apex and Cary prices are always high. The Circle K right at the 55 / 1 interchange or the Murphy at the Apex Walmart are the only places I've found that are somewhat cheaper in the area.

You can thank ex-governor Ed Rendell back in the early 2000's for PA's current gas prices. He rammed through the gas tax model that dictated a mandatory yearly tax hike based on the previous year's highest gas price. PA gas prices are precisely legislated to get higher every single year.

Rendell was a horrible Governor. (Democrat) shocking. At least the Rs at the State levels are FAR better than any democrat.

There is a shipping port off Shipyard Blvd in Wilmington NC. Supplies a lot of NC. Yet gas there in a democrat city was never as low as SC.
