You forgot to mention she is a activist Liberal Judge who has already ruled in favor of Harvard in another case in 2019

Not uncommon to have a TRO and a hearing. If she rules in Harvard’s favor after the hearing it will be more judicial overreach in my opinion. But issuing a TRO especially considering a 70 page petition is not a surprise.
