Does anyone measure the Dopamine Hit and Food today?

Does anyone measure the Dopamine Hit and Food today?
Because I had a Dominos, Cheese, Pan pizza after fasting all day.
There was nothing like the high I got off of it.

Made me wonder. What other foods, trigger the mass release of dopamine in your neuro path ways.

I guess the blood sugar spikes is an indicator.

I tend to do one meal a day during the week so dinner always hits

No one, gets a huge dopamine hit after eating fast food?
Pizza?
Potatos?
French Fries?
Desserts?

Only a few things create what I would call a dopamine hit or whatever after eating.
Really good pizza.
Popeyes.
Wild card - random thing I haven’t had in a while but craving.
