We’re sending our kids to a hockey camp about 3 hours north of Toronto. The wife and I will be staying in downtown Toronto near the CN Tower for the duration of the trip and would like suggestions on restaurants, bars, etc.
We’re open to anything food and drink-wise.
We’ll do Niagara Falls for sure. I’ve been to Toronto twice, but it was in 2014 and I don’t remember much except that it was cold af bc it was November. This will be a much different experience. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Highly recommend having dinner one night at Canoe. Had a tasting menu meal there that was awesome. It’s on the top of the TD building with awesome views.

St Lawrence Market is a must stop, multiple food options.
The EdgeWalk at CN Tower is incredible and could not recommend enough.

Been to Toronto several times since my MIL and her family is from there. Reminds me so much of Chicago - very neighborhood-centric with many food and drink options. I'll start with just a few recommendations. Not sure your age, but we're in our early 30s, so bit more tuned with a livelier crowd.
- Quetzal is a fantastic experience - Large chef's counter but not removed from the dining room. Makes for a fun atmosphere. It's an open-fire kitchen, so keep that in mind. For a one-star Michelin, dress is relatively casual.
- Bar Pompette is the best cocktail bar in Toronto. Right on the border of Little Italy and Trinity-Bellwoods, which are two of the better neighborhoods in Toronto. If you're looking for a brewery, Bellwoods is awesome. Hanmoto is a worthy late night stop for a Japanese raw or hot snack + cocktail.
- In Little Italy, you can make a run of Contrada for dinner, Birreria Volo for craft beer, and Bar Isabel for a nightcap cocktail. Volo, specifically, has a well-curated cellar menu of Cantillon.
- A lot of great trails in the parks near Yorkville, which has a decent concentration of hotels, as well.
Should get you started, but happy to provide any other recommendations by way of food, beer, and cocktails.

If you are a foodie; it’s a great town. It’s diverse as hell and its culinary scene has been the benefactor.
I really enjoyed Sunny’s Chinese. It’s tucked away in the middle of Chinatown and will probably require a reservation. Straight casual type affair with some banging Sichuan fare.
Campechano has a few locations and does some amazing tacos.
Bar Raval is modeled to mimic a Spanish Gaudi style home. Great cocktails and Tapas.
Tiflisi is a restaurant serving Georgian (the country; not the State) cuisine. It’s near the beaches in a cool little spot to people watch,
Also; if into Japanese or Indian food there’s some great choices there too.

Since OP is in Toronto for 10 days, Markham is a worthwhile Uber (or car ride if he's renting) for Indian food, for sure
