Good list here. I’d also consider Evergreen. It has not disappointed

Ate at the White Pillars, just over the bridge in Biloxi, on Sunday and it is likely the best full menu place (though it wasn’t on Mothers Day) on the coast. Farm to table done very well.

The Hermit Oysters were great.

They do multiple types of raw oysters daily, and they’re the best I’ve had on the coast.

Maison de lu

Have eaten an enjoyable lunch there 10 or so times when passing by on I-10. The Walter Anderson Museum is just a short walk away. There is a public parking lot behind the restaurant. Back patio is nice weather permitting.

Is great, but has a fixed menu and reservations are likely required

Stop in BSL for a drink if you’re coming from BR…then just take 90 down the coast to Ocean Springs.
