Delta has added direct flights for the LSU @ Clemson, LSU @ Vanderbilt, LSU @ Oklahoma, and LSU vs. South Carolina games.

All flights will be on Delta Connection aircraft and will arrive and depart from Baton Rouge (BTR).

Snag tickets while you can before prices go through the roof.

They already had direct flights for Vanderbilt. Relatively cheap too. Scratch that, quick layover in ATL.

So now for our convenience we can conveniently get ripped off. I know some flights won't be bad but anytime I see this that is what I see.

Given how they've priced these things in the past, you're probably better off saving some money with a quick connection.

Looks like Delta IT and their media folks aren't on the same page since I can't see the flights in the system yet.

Oh they will be expensive as hell. The question is how much your time is worth.

For the Clemson game the nonstop is the same price as connecting though.

Less flights = less chance something goes wrong and your flight gets delayed/canceled

Seeing round trips for $830, both with the connection and direct.

Not actually Delta. It’s smaller airline puddle hoppers that Delta has agreements with. Delta controls but its subcontractor airlines. No thanks.

I know. I booked mine a couple months ago and forgot. Comfort+ was like $350? Maybe $400? Not bad. I do get reduced prices with my card when paying with miles so may have been skewed a bit. I don't believe I paid $500+ for the flights as listed now.

Actually, you're wrong.

It’s also the airline that likes to highlight its all female flight crews and then plant them into runways in Toronto so hard they rip the wings off.

Before booking flight to Clemson, make sure to check out hotel pricing first
