With many leagues having their rookie drafts over the next 2 weeks, let’s talk it through and mock it out.
My take
Jeanty
Hampton
Ward
Henderson
Hunter
Judkins
Tet
Golden
Harvey
Dart
Warren
Loveland

Clear number 1: Jeanty
Tier 2: Hampton, Ward, Hunter, Tet
Tier 3: Henderson, Judkins
Tier 4: Dart, Egbuka, Johnson, Harvey, Loveland, Warren, Golden
Jumble the order within the tiers however you want. I see this draft having a clear number 1, a likely top 5, a clear top 7, and then a big tier of a clear top 14. Within each tier, you can go any direction you want based on team need and player preference.

We have regular drafts and the only rookies that should get a sniff prior to late round fliers are:
Jeanty
Hampton
maybe Tet
None of the other rookies can score more than an average veteran. This was such a shitty draft year for offense.

Respectfully, I think that’s nonsense
Judkins, Henderson, Johnson and Harvey will all lead their teams in touches. And Skatteboo and Tuten have the potential to.
Hunter, Warren, Golden and Kyle Williams could all lead their teams in catches.
There are multiple rookie assets that will be on championship rosters in year 1 from this draft

My buddies are talking up Hunter and think he’s going to be a WR beast. Idk

Yeah and there will be a guy no one sees coming like Puka or Bucky Irving

I think you nailed the different tiers. The hardest is deciding on how’d you pick 8-14.
I pick 1.07 and 1.10 in my draft.
I’ll take the whoever falls out of the top 7.
At 1.10, I really need a rb so I hope one of Johnson or Harvey falls. Outside of those 2, I’d probably go egbuka knowing I’d have to be patient. I think he’s going to hit eventually and with confidence. I’m good at qb and te long term bc I kind of think ward falls to me at 1.07 in my league.

I think he will be, but I had a need at RB and have BTJ, so passed on Hunter

Agree with all of this with 2 small tweaks- I’m putting Loveland in the tier with Henderson and Judkins, and including Burden in the last tier, making it a top 15, not 14.

What if Hunter ends up being a better CB than WR? Then you wasted a pick.
