Would Penning be a better LG or RG now ?

I’m thinking he’s a better RG because of his run blocking skills…. but then we would need to move Ruiz to LG.
Penning has been a problem since the day he was drafted.

Can Penning actually play G or is this wishful thinking? We’re basically asking him to learn 3 different positions in 4 years.
