Sustain Alpha

I waited until I got my hormone panels back so I have a baseline, and I've been taking it for about 2 weeks now. I was having trouble being consistent at first, with it being a topical it's kinda a pain in the arse to put on and now that the damn pump on the bottle doesn't work anymore it's a real pain in the arse. But I have been applying it daily for 10 days now. Too soon to say if it's anything other than a goopy mess in a tube, but I got 2 tubes of it and I intend to use it all. There will be a re-check of hormones in about 8 weeks to assess response.

5-6 pumps, like I said, this pump device on the tube broke and it doesn't squirt anything out unless I simultaneously push up on the bottom of the plunger while pressing the button and what it shoots out, volume wise, is not consistent so the dosing is really hard to maintain consistent. It pisses me off, I'd love to throw it in the trash, but I've got 2 tube's and I can't bring myself to throw money away. I just do it all on inner thighs and eyeball the amounts.
