I get that’s not McMahons philosophy or style of play but I always felt like his 4s and 5s had tons of potential If they’d just hit the weight room harder. Guys like chest and Collins could benefit greatly from adding 15 or so lbs of muscle and getting stronger leg strength, our guys just tend to get pushed around down low.

McMahon had 3 years to do whatever. He’s basically a lame duck. I hate it.

McLoser is still trying to learn how to read basic english. Seems he only knows a few words like "mid-major transfer", "poor shooter", "bench player transfer", etc.

This would be too complex for his elementary level comprehension. Let's not overwhelm the little guy.

1- you still have to recruit guys that have a frame that can put on weight. We just had a guy that looked like he could play Mike linebacker on the football team. Collins came from Kentucky, a blue blood program, and is still rail thin.

2- there is basically no attention to detail in this program, no team identity. There are bigger issues than just getting a really good S&C coach.

3- chest is gone so it doesn’t matter

Players like Collins don't get huge. Players under McMahon for more than a year seem to get stronger. Reed, KJ Williams, Hannibal, etc.

Ward never got bigger, but that could have been why he was in the doghouse.

Every team he’s put together has appeared soft, unconditioned or poorly conditioned compared to opponents, or both. It couldn’t hurt, but I don’t think he has it right now. Maybe he could be successful in 5-10 years with more experience. Having the fittest team on the court would be a great start, but don’t think he knows how to do that either. Maybe an elite S&C person could help.

You say Collins can’t get bigger, then say Ward not bulking up could be the reason why he’s in the doghouse in the same post.

All the guys you listed either had a good frame coming out of HS or were already bigger guys. Regardless of their weight and physique, the players in the program play lazy and soft. Theres no defending that for the coach.

Did you watch Houston/Tennessee? Houston was way more tougher than Tennessee.
