Just bought a house that has 4 blueberry bushes on it. The bees showed up about a 1.5 weeks ago and have been on the trees ever since. Curious as to how long they will stay?

Till the flowers turn into berries?

I just bought 2 bushes and i hope i get that many bees next year. The rabbiteye kind i got need to be cross pollinated with another variety of rabbiteye, and i got one each of 2 varieties.

Bumble bees are what you want. They pollinate at like a 10x factor than honey bees

I know that part of it. I just didn’t know how long they stay at the bushes pollinating them

I’ve got the bumble bees all over my blueberries right now. They are actually carpenter bees. They will stick around until all the white flowers drop off the blueberries, then their job is done.
