I agree with you. The hitting has been a big positive this year. Maybe make him Co-Coach for a couple of years until Beth retires.

Why is she pitching this game? South Carolina saw her Friday. I can see her pitching the 3rd game, but not this game.
Give South Carolina the lefty the 2nd game and Berzon the 3rd. Now, SC has the momentum. Terrible Coaching by Beth.

I thought heavner was going to throw this one also. The ump didn’t help Berzon in the 7th. His crappy zone in the 7th let them tie it up.

A different look would have been better for the first game in my opinion. Although heavner might not have not been a good matchup with this ump.

Because you had Berzon with her drop ball and slow speed Friday. The next game should be a whole different delivery, like a fast throwing lefty. THEN, you come back on the 3rd game with Berzon.
South Carolina has seen Berzon for over 14 straight innings. Now, they are teeing off on her and she will lose confidence. And, now we have to hope a Freshman can win the series for us, but South carolina has the momentum and confidence.
