Massive human with a good get off.
He has looked good in the limited reps I’ve seen.
Also. I love the double team drill we do with the OL and DL. Good physical drill.

He's probably going to be the guy on goaline situations, short yardage, or any apparent run down situations. He's basically a brick wall that can't be moved.

They are going to double team Mitchell because of his size which will free 2 defensive players (DE,ILB or OLB) to crash down and create chaos. Sydir Mitchell is the biggest off season addition Lsu has made and nobody is saying anything about. No one can move him which will result in negative plays and rushed offensive sequences due to freeing an extra defensive player to rush or crash down.

He looks like a player. He kind of dwarfs McKinley when there side by side. He looks like a steal at this point.

He’ll likely fight stamina issues, especially the early part of the season where heat indexes will hover at or above triple digits. Short yardage situations, goal line, etc
