Modular or Manufactured Home or other low cost fair quali housing options Ascension Parish

Looking for well recommended options. Looking for not a mobile home for an old lady to put on her land closer to some family in ascension parish. Shopping for a turn key job.

I’ve looked into this for a MIL cabin on my property…the best option seems to be what’s called a “park model” it’s basically a tiny house on a 15’ wide trailer frame. You buy it, they bring it and install it. All you have to do is water/sewer/power.

That's basically what I was looking at. Seems better than the typical cheap as you can get single wide?
The sellers are all giving me used car dealership vibes so far, but i don't have time to build this thing myself.

yes they are very nice, much better than a trailer. I went and looked at a few and they are real houses…just small and on a trailer frame
looks like though it’s 65-70K all in with install plus utility connections for the 600sf or so floor plans (450sf down and 150sf loft). They are selling them as fast as they can make them
