ESPN app

Anyone else having issues with login in to watch games lately. I pay for espn+ and have sec network on my cable. I hit the games and it goes to login with service provider and locks up. This shite is dumb.

Yes. At home on my laptop it works fine. I’m on the road at the moment . Today, on my iPad, after logging on and clicking on the game, it does nothing.

On ipad i often have to exit the app and reopen it multiple times to get it going.
Eta If you're out if town, it may be glitching because your location isnt matching your account locality.

I usually use the espn app though DIRECTV stream but it’s not working today so I went through the espn app on the tv itself and it’s working fine

Had issues all year until tonight logging in with YouTube TV. For whatever reason when I tried today it just worked.

I have on my phone but it’s only with college baseball games. Everything else on my phone is fine. Everything on smart tv works great

YouTube tv and app here. Working fine tonight for me.
Although it sucks and is BS, a delete app and reinstall fixes things sometimes.

Nothing like that but today it didn't show the game until right at 6:30. Normally it shows prior to start. As long as it pops up, I'm good.

Idk if it matters for ESPN or not but... i know when you travel away from home and try to watch YTTV it won't let you watch until you reply to that popup asking if you're traveling. Maybe try going to YTTV app first, reply that you're traveling when prompted, then login on the ESPN app again.
In case your YTTV account is blocking ESPN from using your credentials until they know it's really you

Not a problem here, although occasionally the app requires you to log in with your provider again, a minor aggravation.

After about the sixth time I reopened the ESPN app, it asked me for my DirecTV login (after I logged into Disney 30 minutes ago). I logged onto DTV and it’s now working fine.
