If the US accepts the Alberta province as a state, it means BC is cut off from the rest of Canada logistically and things start to crumble there. How could you transport from the west to east coast with a double 25% tariff?

Speaking of entertaining, I just say frick it, and blitzkrieg our way to Ottawa and get it over with. We gave them a chance to become a US state, but they instead threw a hissy fit and stomped around with our other allies. So as punishment, they become a US territory instead and that way we can avoid the electoral votes.
