That is tbe only reason for it being hush hush. The fans could riot before he was traded before it was to late. Where does this move rank all time in sports? I mean to give this guy away it still blows my mind

I think Nico expected a backlash but also expected it would fade as a Davis-led team would rack up wins.

Dumont looked genuinely stunned when he was booed in the arena.
