What if I was to open a breakfast (5 am - 11 am) and late night (11 pm - 2 am) CEREALBAR!?

5 bucks gets you an all-you-can-eat cereal buffet (with appx 100 cereal choices), fruit, and danish...along with coffee, milk, and juice.

Cartoons, news, and sports on the tv's in different sections of the restaurant...in other words, the businessman would not be in the same section as the mother with 3 toddlers.

Why not?

Cause it is cereal?

What is next, a tap water spigot?

Honestly, the best thing about cereal is the ease of making/eating it. Open box, pour into bowl, add milk. I just don't think I'd make an effort to go to a restaurant to eat cereal.

But I admire your attempt at ingenuity.

Sure, I think it could work.

Hell there is a place in NYC that only serves PB&J sandwiches and people go nuts over it.

Stupid people are born every day; I say take advantage of them.

You would have to offer only the trendiest and high quality milks from only the best imported and domestic free range cows that were hormone and antibiotic free, organic, and grass fed. Milk could only be hand drawn without the use of machines or pumps. Perhaps you could even employ a milk expert at the restaurant - kind of like a sommelier lait?
