Let's do it...
What you'll need:
A pound of Italian sausage
1 Pack of bacon
1 Diced onion
1 tablespoon of Roasted minced jarlic
3 - 5 small/medium potatoes
(Yukons or russets or both)
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
4 cups of chicken stock
8oz block of extra sharp cheddar
(Or whatever you like)
Italian seasoning or even Montreal Chicken seasoning (or whatever you like)
Brown down that bacon and set a side, brown down the Italian sausage (In the bacon grease) & set a side
Simmer your onions down in that same pot and add your garlic and keep simmering until it smells good.
Pour in your stock an add your potatoes, stirring while bringing it to a boil for 10-12 minutes
Put your meat, heavy whipping cream, and shredded cheese all together back in the pot, and bring back to a heavy simmer stirring until you're ready to eat.
Serve & enjoy!
I topped mine with a pinch of cracked pepper, sea salt and onions straws

I use that Roasted Garlic Better than Bullion all of the time. The recipe on the back for garlic bread is pretty good as well
Soup looks great

Good to know. I haven't tried it, but I'll put it on my next grocery list.
