The Democrats basically ran both of these people out of their party. They placed Tulsi, a military veteran, on the Terrorist Watch List. And in the most underreported story of the 2023-2024 presidential election cycle, the DEMS wouldn't even allow a KENNEDY - the most iconic name in the party since 1960 - to challenge Biden in the Democrat primary.
No way either of those two would go back to the Democrat Party reservation even if they could return.

It should happen but WILL NEVER. The Dems are going to either run Kamala or dig up the next Obama out the ashes that are left from the next four years of their party burning. They have no new playbook and it’s showing everyday. Another popular vote win for the good guys. Maybe biggest in history.
