DOGE needs to audit the Federal Judiciary

I feel it in my plums. These Judges that rule to block EOs do so with no concern over any backlash. The only thing that would make these insufferable prick's confident in throwing down these political gauntlets is money, lots and lots of money.
Think Judge Smalls in Caddy Shack with his little boat and his club membership. Money makes his world go round and anyone's opinion of him doesn't matter in that world of multi millionaire luxury and influence.

It would be very telling how many judges fall over themselves trying to block this or that with very little review and/or rationale.

They really are the engine that powers the corruption. FAFSA judges, empowering political investigations, all the judges ruling over lawfare, bureaucratic protections bolstered by judges, "classified info" and "sources and methods"protected by judges, election evidence dismissed by judges, political prisoners sentenced by judges, and the list goes on and on. Environmental policy, DEI, Immigration, along with every other situation that is diametrically opposed to the will of the people comes to us from the desks of activist judges on the USAID tit or other some other hidden money pool.
It's always the first play. Any law passed, legal ruling, or EO issued that endangers the corruption engines, automatically triggers someone in the shadows to ask the question; What judge do we control that can issue an injunction? That judge is contacted and the marker is called. They don't have a choice. Their ruling is given to them already prepared. There is no real danger to them, other than their legal reputation. No one investigates the situation. The general public forgets their names, the smoke clears and they eventually retire with generational wealth. They are beloved by family and friends for the lifestyle they provide and the corrupted media makes them heroes.

Well stated. And this is always the damn problem:

No one investigates the situation.

I actually don't think there will be that much found there.
The problem is the lifetime appointment of people with political ideology that cannot be set aside for the pure rule of law.
It is legislate from the bench mentality that must be rooted out
