I would never get sushi as take-out.
Not even so much because of it's shelf life, but because I enjoy the experience of sitting at the sushi bar. To me, that's similar to getting a slice of cheesecake from Copeland's Bistro or a steak to go.

i lived in northern califorinia for 5 years and there was a place near by that was a "sushi cafe" but most of their business was to go orders. i loved that place, i used to get sushi from there like once a week.
