Funniest thing I've ever seen was sitting at a stoplight and hearing the boom, boom of the car pulling up along side me only to find a Vietnamese in a flatbill jamming out.

I think the stereotypical Asian family with a high value on education leads to their children leaving NOLA for professional jobs. You are left with thug Asians doing thug shite.
