247, On3, ESPN, Rivals for Basketball Recruiting?

Most agree that the 2 major services for football recruiting are 247 and On3.
I personally think Perfect Game is a great one for baseball recruiting.
What is the best service for basketball recruiting? I assume that 247 and On3 don’t put nearly the same resources in scouting basketball as they do football. However, I could be wrong.
Anyone have any insight?

I’m not sure but On3 seems to have the most resources right now. That is until Shannon Terry sells it and starts a new site.

Ain't it crazy how people forget he started Rivals, built it up, then sold it off and poached all the best evaluators and writers when he started 24-7, then did the same thing again with On3, and will probably do it at least once more.
