You know ... I remember the Camelot days well and I never thought Jackie was that pretty. Of course, I compared all women back then to my mother and few compared in the beauty department.

What Jackie had was class and dignity in the face of a cheating husband who everyone knew was cheating. And she had a very pleasant personality about her, with the kids and the Christmas tour of the White House and all. Very new things for us back then.

I think Melania exudes class and dignity .... also with a cheating husband. Most men of power cheat for some reason. I guess it's because of how you perceive your wife differently after childbirth when you get older .... even with much younger wives, as is mine. I dunno, menopause makes things different and difficult as well. Yet Jackie and Melania both had to go through it in the public eye.

This has been the human species for millenia ... for Melania too.
