Group me app - will not log out etc

It won’t allow me to change my old number to my new number nor logout and try to create a new account. I have tried to delete and reinstall the app and even reset my phone doesn’t help.

Because I retired and I thought that our clients would appreciate a seamless transition and not have to learn too much information- if you must know.
