Gotta say the flow of leaving the stadium was pretty awful and poorly planned out. Especially funneling us all through one tiny section of sidewalk by the parking garages. Just not really efficient and kinda nonsensical.

But also I gotta say, some of the abuse some of the security got from what I heard was ridiculous. I get it sucks arse for all of 10 minutes, but the amount of idiots I heard berating people who were just doing their job was ridiculous. Most of the staff was aware it was dumb and even acknowledged that. But obviously if they get caught letting you through there’s a price for them to have to potentially pay too. And lots of people just making it randomly political. Just left feeling kinda feeling disgusted with a handful of wackos.

Last night, I waited, waited, waited and eventually scuffled thru the bottleneck. The bottleneck I was in was walking toward the river, just about immediately after leaving arena. I thought the bottleneck was ridiculous and potentially dangerous. I asked one of the many guards enforcing the do-not-pass barricades why and he said he didn't know. I didn't observe anyone abusing the workers. My "scorn" is for whoever designed and implemented it.

Used all 5 of our sellbacks on this stretch coming up. They basically funneled 4 garages and 2 lots worth of people into one tiny entry point with a bottleneck coming in from either direction.

Went from 5-10 mins of traffic each way to an hour. Also relying on people to be nice and let you in or people getting pissed off for being nice. And there are a lot of unhappy campers with the change. It’s just a stressful, miserable experience. Pass.
