Just Shot Deer With Hernia? Meat Edible?

Have not yet determined if it’s a hernia or other wound or mass but what does the Outdoor Board say about the meat on this guy?

He looks good to me. When you skin him see how the meat looks.

I shot one a few years back that had been gut shot with a bow and had healed up and had hernias on both sides. Meat was fine. I had pictures of him at night only and had no idea what the big white lumps were until I shot him.
