Secret resturants/food items

What are some hole in the wall/secret resturants? It can be in a gas station for all I care (ex: AM Mart), Willie's Scotch House, etc...

Secret- Gautreau's (no sign and tucked away).

Hole in the Wall- NOLA Grocery for po boys, Radosta's, Nor Joe's, The Joint.

I would have to say Youngs in Slidell..

There have been alot of people try to walk into the house next door thinking it was the restaurant. No sign anywhere..

Anthony's deli (found out about it on here and took 3 trips to find it)

On florida blvd just bast Sharp (coming from DT) its in a shopping center on the right before you get to Autozone. Best Muffaleta I have had in BR by far. Very small place maybe 5 tables.

I have to second Adolfo's. 90% of the people in the N.O. area have probably never heard of it.

My other hideaway is the Ugly Dog Saloon.

Theo's Pizza? I have met a lot of people in New Orleans that have never had it.

It's my favortie pizza in this city...Slice is second...and not a lot people know about that one either.

chicken fried chicken at chelsea's as far as secret food items. i think it is one of the best meals there.

y'all aren't talking about SaveMore are you? or Save Mo' as we used to say? I used to hit it once a week when i was in school. Would get a big arse po-boy and eat it on the walk to a baseball game. It was pretty damn ghetto in there at the time, but it was amazingly dirt cheap, and not terrible. If you were white and went on any regular basis they would recognize you, and you were the older black cook's best friend. the little younger arab cook was a total dick.
