I dunno if it's secret, but it sure seems like Mosca's might be a decent place to get rid of a body or two...

I would have to say Youngs in Slidell..
There have been alot of people try to walk into the house next door thinking it was the restaurant. No sign anywhere..

Has anyone ever had a poboy at that gas station on Nicholson (across the street from Atcha Bakery and VooDoo BBQ)?

I have to second Adolfo's. 90% of the people in the N.O. area have probably never heard of it.
My other hideaway is the Ugly Dog Saloon.

y'all aren't talking about SaveMore are you? or Save Mo' as we used to say? I used to hit it once a week when i was in school. Would get a big arse po-boy and eat it on the walk to a baseball game. It was pretty damn ghetto in there at the time, but it was amazingly dirt cheap, and not terrible. If you were white and went on any regular basis they would recognize you, and you were the older black cook's best friend. the little younger arab cook was a total dick.
