I am not sure what just happened on my computer. I accidentally hit the "X" to close all windows. A drop down menu from the 3 vertical dots appeared and then it all closed. Now I am having to re-sign into all my accounts and I don't know the login info because they are so old. The only thing I can think of is the cookies were deleted. Is there a way to restore them, or am I screwed? Thanks.

ETA: I am using chrome.

You could try going to settings >history >open recently closed tabs

I tried that. There is no option for recently closed tabs. There is history and Grouped history.

Using Brave here, so not sure about regular Chrome.

Recommend giving Brave a try. It's really nice and will likely improve your online experience. Kinda does everything well, while protecting your privacy and blocking ads and fingerprinting. Also supports syncing (passwords/settings/favorites/etc) between multiple devices which works great.

Do you backup your files? If not, then you'll need to input your username and passwords for the sites prompting you.

Get a password manager. I use LastPass, but there are several out there that are good.

Click the three dots in upper left hand corner again (just below the X)
Menu drops down
Go down to 'Passwords and Autofill' (hopefully it's there) and click on it
A submenu should appear.
Click on Google Password Manager
Hopefully at least some of your passwords are in there.
You may need to enter your Windows password or PIN to view them.

I said 'left corner' but it's actually 'right corner'.
