My dad sent me this morning, family friend has some property in Folsom. These are older guys, so photoshop isn't in their vocabulary.

First glance it looks like something from the lion king. Those front shoulders sunk down and back hinds up. Big kitty in my opinion.

do they have a picture of a deer from the same camera? It's hard to tell the size with where it's standing. Probably going to end up being a housecat. Would be cool if it's a bigun, though.

Is that a coon in the pic? I would imagine a coon would run from a cat that big but not a lot of experience with big pussys..

To me, it would be unusual for a coon to be hanging out with a big cat, but that's just me.

Something about the back half of that cat, placement of legs and tail just doesn't seem right. Image doesn't match the rest of the pic.
Not saying photoshop, could just be the camera.

Yeah looks like it from the zoomed in version where you can see the coon. Now it's figuring out if photoshopped or if it's from somewhere other than where it's claimed to be

The tail looks a little wonky and abnormal to me. They generally aren't that girthy. Just my opinion.

Where in Folsom? I’ve heard some strange noises on our place, but figured they were bobcats. Maybe this big cat can thin out some of the hogs.

Would a coon just hang out with a large cat like this? I know coon and deer feed together but what about an alpha cat like this?
