Automated Gravity Feeder

I've got an idea to build an automated gravity feeder. Open a chute to let feed out at certain times. Hunting in the swamp so broadcast feeder wont really work. Anyone see anything like this before?

You just need to place an upsidedown cone on a regular spin feeder to direct the spray downward

A guy in Baton Rouge used to make one that used an analog clock timer and a small hopper that dumped. I think the name was Pennco,

Well.... no I guess I was picturing an upside funnel, which would then be a cone

Yep. I had one on a 15 gallon plastic drum back in the 90’s.
