Good stuff if you’re an LSU fan, he hits on some reasonable points, injuries, guys quitting and that he believes the BU QB is superior to Nuss.

Yep, you never know especially in today’s bowl atmospheres.
Baylor just doesn’t have the same type of “dude” walking through football ops that LSU does. I like Baylor, had a kid graduate from there, but it’s a drastic difference in type and skill of athlete at the two places.

One of the things I was happy to see yesterday, and remarked to the people watching the game with me, was that LSU did actually appear to want to be there playing.

That’s one of the positives about playing a bunch of younger guys mixed in with a few vets. They definitely want to make the most of their opportunity.

The loudest I cheered at the game yesterday was after seeing Zy Alexander sell out to break up a pass right in front of me in the corner of the endzone. I believe roughing the passer was called on the play so it ultimately didn’t matter, but lots of respect for dudes like him, Savion, Swinson, and others.

2nd time I've heard that in the last month or so and both games went far in the other direction. The first was the Neville coach saying that about Ruston and Central. Anytime I hear that now, I'm putting money on the alternate outcome.
